Estate vineyards on the east side of the Santa Cruz Mountains in the Uvas Valley, southern Santa Clara County. Fourth generation family farm.
Established by Bill Dorcich, passed to his son Tom, now run by Kevin Dorcich (3rd generation) as head winemaker with fourth generation farmers Jared and Halley.
2018-2019: Ian Brand made wine for Dorcich Family after their split with Jason Goelz.
2023: Dorcich family scaled down operations, leasing their larger winery facility on Watsonville Road to Ian Brand while maintaining their small label and tasting room. The facility has a 115hL press and 80,000 gallons of tank capacity.
50 acres of rocky alluvial soil with deposits of sandstone on the eastern slope of the Santa Cruz Mountains. Grapes thrive in foggy mornings, hot dry days, and cool nights.
