Variable
timer - Controls if a visual query timer is enabled
Description
The ${timer} variable is a boolean variable used to control whether or
not jsqsh display a query timer clock while waiting for a query to complete.
When enabled, the visual timer will appear for any query that takes longer
than 5 seconds to complete.
