Task: test

This runs ARIBA on a small built-in test dataset.

Run it like this:

ariba test out

It should run to completion with these files in the newly-created output directory out/OUT/:

assemblies.fa.gz         report.all.tsv
assembled_genes.fa.gz    report.tsv
assembled_seqs.fa.gz     version_info.txt
log.clusters.gz
