Task: pubmlstget

This can be used to download data for a given species from PubMLST. For example, to download S. aureus data to a new directory called out:

ariba pubmlstget 'Staphylococcus aureus' out

This makes all files needed to make an ARIBA database with ariba prepareref.

Options

The only option is --verbose, to be verbose instead of the default, which is to be silent.
