Day 3 Assignment:
Send the following to [email protected] by the end of the day. If you have encountered any issues with accessing materials or command line functionality, please also indicate this in the email.
Please send confirmation that you were able to successfully run fastqc (a screenshot of the output is fine). Please also run STAR index and alignment for the first sample replicate and email if you have any issues completing this step.
