Navigation: Inventory > Item structure: Item structure right click menu No contents entries on this page Contents Right click menu Edit, delete or insert item, BOM or operation sequence. Available functions depending on the entry type (BOM ,routing). 5 tabs are available in right click menu

  1. tab: Function Description Edit item xxx Open item master for the selected item Delete Copy item xxx Delete selected item Copy item xxx Selected entry is copied and created as new item with a new ID to be entered. New creation screen opens New BOM position Insert new BOM position New operation Insert new operation Cross reference Open Item cross reference Invent. history Open Inventory history Expand all Expand the selected entry completely Structure search Search is performed not only at item level, but also in sub-BOMs. If the string is found, the structure is expanded and the cursors lands on the item. You can search for: item number, drawing number, match code etc. Calculation Create a pre-calculation for the selected item/assembly

  2. tab Function Description Load BOM+routing Add BOM and routing from another item Load BOM Add BOM from another item Copy BOM to item... Copy BOM to another item See Copy BOM Load routing Add routing from another item Save routing in item .. Copy current routing to another item Change log Change log for the current item. Changes in BOM and routing are logged. Changes in item master are to be called up via SAP Business One. Renumber routing Routings are renumbered. Renumber BOM BOMs are renumbered Renumber all Routing and BOM are renumbered Difference BOM Compare differences between two BOMs

  3. tab Function Description Item batch change Mass change function for items. see Item batch change BOM Item batch change Mass change function for BOMs. see Batch change Routing batch change Mass change function for routings. see Routing batch change Calculate resources Necessary material and resources are calculated, saved accumulated, if the option is enabled. For assemblies the lead time can be calculated based on lead time
