The current client and/or the desired statement cycle is selected and/or administered at master data/statement cycle. All additional master data and reports refer to the current statement cycle selected!

A statement cycle must first be created or selected. Twelve months can be administrated per statement cycle, with twelve months normally corresponding to one fiscal year. The various months are continuously rolled forward, unless a change of year is introduced at year end or a new client is created and processing continues in the new year with this client.
