The beas Communications Module offers three sending options:

Windows Mapi Use Standard-Windows-MAPI. Works with a Lotus Notes-Client, Windows Mail and others. Microsoft Outlook does not work always properly. Send directly beas supplies an own E-mail-Client which is installed automatically. E-Mail accounts are set up with User settings or in Configuration wizard MS Outlook By default a MS-Outlook-32-Bit-API is installed. With the Outlook-Client Emails can be sent. Currently restricted to 32-Bit. SAP Message system If the SAP-Email-service is installed, E-mails can be sent. Due to many restrictions, we disadvice to use it.
