The beas Report system communicates using the default Windows API. Different email programs behave differently here.

A security warning is displayed. This indicates that an external application is attempting to access your data. The "Click Yes" auxiliary program which can be downloaded from the Internet provides help (Note: not a beas program).

The email sending window is always displayed. This can be irritating.

Use of the SAP messaging system is activated as a default setting. However the setting can be set separately for each macro.
