Don't worry about the details of the website for this part of the lesson. It's only an overall introduction so just reading through this page would be sufficient.

This is what you will see when you first enter the website. There are a lot of things on the website but don't worry, there are only a few things that are important in helping your bot get smarter.

Here is where you export and import your NAP data to and from a CSV file.

You will be using this tab the most. Here is where you can view, create and edit your FAQs.

This is where you can test how the system would process a phrase that you type in.

Here is where you can adjust the settings. Don't worry about this as we will set it up for you.

The rest of the tabs that were not mentioned are not relevant here.
