This item is only obtained through completing The Gourmand, an advancement for consuming every consumable item in Reg's More Foods.

Usage

To quote the Gourmand's Digest cookbook entry for this item:

"Supposedly, there exists an ultra rare armor piece gifted by The Great Chef to those who can prove themselves worthy of equipping it. What exactly this item does, one can only guess... but they say it afflicts shame upon anyone who doesn't own it."

This item, most certainly, afflicts shame.
