Your Job

You are the school's percussion director. You were initially hired by the band director to build the suffering percussion section that has few members and are not very skillful. Each year, you will assign students to instruments based on their skill, potential, morale, and the needs of the line. Players will arrive as new members and age out after they graduate, which allows you to work players to their maximum potential. If your line starts to improve, new, better players will want to transfer to participate in your program. There is a lot of room to grow and a lot of decisions that you have to make in order for this to happen.
