Note

At the moment, Polonius has no support for Multi-Byte Character Sets, such as Unicode.

Therefore, for the time being, wherever you see this wiki refer to "characters", this can be taken to mean "bytes".

Multi-Byte Character Set support is planned, but not yet implemented.
