ARC Admin VPN - raeker/ARC-Wiki-Test GitHub Wiki
The ARC-TS Admin VPN is available to certain ARC staff members for purposes including the following:
- Access to ACL-protected networks containing management controllers
Access to the ARC-TS Admin VPN is controlled by membership in the MCommunity group VPN-remote-IT-ARCTS-Admin. The ARC managers and Brock are able to update membership in this group.
The ARC-TS Admin VPN supports a maximum of 16 simultaneous connections. Users will receive IP addresses in one of the following ranges: 141.213.171.88/29, 141.213.175.88/29.
The supported client for accessing the ARC-TS Admin VPN is the Cisco AnyConnect client, which is available for Windows, Mac OS, and Linux. If you have trouble connecting or remaining connected to the VPN, it is said that using the AnyConnect client (instead of an alternate client) may help with that type of trouble.
At the moment, you may use the provided settings and credentials to attempt to set up your own VPN client, but this option may go away in the future to facilitate two-factor authentication.
