How to run Seqs-Extractor

Open a terminal window and type:

SeqsExtractor

To use a file that is not in the working folder, enter the path with the file name, example:

/home/user/example/example.fasta

The main Seqs-Extractor interface is like bellow:

To use use any option just type the command like bellow:

SeqsExtractor-extract-using-txt or Type SeqsExtractor to view the help page above!
