Robot Domain IDs

Those numbers are the ROS_DOMAIN_ID of each robot. It also represents the third digit in its IP i.e 192.168.<ROS_DOMAIN_ID>.<IP assignation>

People IP assignation

On the router of each robot, you can assign a specific IP to your computer. This is the assignation of the last digit of the IP adress.
