NAS: Uploading photos - norlab-ulaval/Norlab_wiki GitHub Wiki

Historically, Norlab media have been stored on Google Photos, for example here. More recently, we use the Yeti NAS together with the Synology Photos app. This guide describes how to upload and manage lab media on the photo platform.

How to access photos on the NAS

  1. To access the platform, you need to be connected to the university network, either by being on campus or via VPN.
  2. Go to https://nas.norlab.ulaval.ca/photo and log in with your norlab LDAP credentials (usually your IDUL+password - if you don't have an account, contact Matej). Without logging in, you will not see all the available photo folders since not all are public.
