Common Problems

Linear Actuator is stuck at one end and no longer moving

We need to release the hydraulic pressure to move the actuator by hand. There is a manual release for this specific actuator (See the docs)

  1. Turn off the MTT
  2. Unplug both actuator cables
  1. Unscrew the red screw underneath the actuator like on the photo below until it does not unscrew anymore
  1. Move the actuator by hand and return it to the center position
  2. Screw back the red screw until it does not screw anymore
  3. Plug back the two cables you unplugged
  4. Turn on the MTT
