The breakout PCB serves's as a hardware hub between the LLC and the electrical components of the warthog. It house's the DC step down converter to produce 24v and 12v output for the different I/O. It used to provide a physical interface between the LLC and the Micro controller unit(MCU), see here for more, through the ddr3 ram slot before the modifications to the warthog's lights interface, see detailed modification logs here.
