- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped;
- 1 bell peppers, cut relatively large;

- 2 cups of selected protein in the following preference order : Shrimp, firm tofu or cooked chicken. If you use tofu, marinate it for 30 minutes prior in chicken broth to add taste.
Sauce
- 6 tablespoons of soy sauce;
- 4 tablespoons of brown sugar;
- 2 tablespoons of sambal oelek.
Steps:
- Add water to a pot and bring to a boil, cook the pasta;
- Add oil to a Wok, cook green onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Save some of the green slices for serving;
- Add the carrots, bell peppers and edamames and protein of choice to cook, cook 10 minutes or until the carrots start softening;
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix all of the sauce ingredients and whisk until the brown sugar is dissolved in the mix;
- When the noodles are ready, add them to wok;
- With a spatula, try to cut the noodles to ease the later steps;
- Add the sauce mix to the noodles and stir until the sauce has incorporated, it should thicken a little too.
- Serve with the remaining green onion slices on top.
