The Computational Brain Anatomy Laboratory at the Douglas Institute has done tremendous manual CIVET Output QC (Quality Control) for UK BioBank 40,000 users.

The data are now available on NeuroHub, for members of the project NeuroHub-UK-Biobank.

The Computational Brain Anatomy Laboratory provided the rating guidelines, available here for reference.

1. Access the CIVET Manual QC (Quality Control) in CBRAIN

CIVET Manual QC data are directly available to visualize and process in CBRAIN under the project NeuroHub-UK-Biobank.

From the project page, select the NeuroHub-UK-Biobank, go to Files and filter by type of files: Civet Output

From the CIVET output files, click on Tags and the list of manual CIVET QC will drop down. From that list, select the CIVET QC of your choice.

NOTE: Names (Olivier, Grace, Manuella..) correspond to which individual did the QC work, there are overlapping and non-overlapping subjects.

2. Query CIVET Outputs with LORIS DQT (Available soon)

Note: currently, only ses-2 session (drvd1) is available in the DQT to include derived data.

The CIVET outputs can be found under the following category with their filename as field (collection_filename).

  • Log in to the LORIS DQT and Create or Load an existing query

  • Type the category of your query: TO BE AVAILABLE SOON
