NeuroHub grants access to its UK Biobank project through the application process outlined in Section 1.1 and Section 1.2. Researchers who have been approved are invited to join the project on NeuroHub, where they can run several analysis pipelines.

The UK Biobank datasets are available through CBRAIN and are limited to mostly imaging data of about 40,000 subjects. These are available as BidsSubject structures. Each BidsSubject contains a mix of anatomical, functional, diffusion, SWI and fmap files. We also provide preprocessed data including CIVET outputs and fMRIprep outputs.

Within the NeuroHub-UK-Biobank project, you can easily find the data of your interest by doing a File Type selection:
