2.2.Access NeuroHub - neurohub/neurohub_documentation GitHub Wiki

In order to access the NeuroHub platform, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Go to the NeuroHub Portal

You will be able to sign in with the following options:

  1. Your username/password (similar to your CBRAIN account credentials)
  2. Your ORCID credentials (by clicking on the sign in button, it will redirect you on the authentification ORCID page)
  3. Your GLOBUS credentials (by clicking on the sign in button, it will redirect you on the authentification GLOBUS page)

Please note options 2 and 3 will work only if you have already linked your ORCID/GLOBUS in your NeuroHub account.

2. Enter your username and password.

3. You will land on your dashboard, including the NeuroHub news:

Once you are logged in, you will be able to easily navigate between the CBRAIN and NeuroHub user interfaces (by clicking on the required icon) as they are interactively connected to each other.

On that page you will have access to:

  • Projects: Complete list of projects you have access (private and public)
  • Storage: Option to configure your own Storage by creating a private data provider
  • Messages: your private message box where you will find the notification of processed tasks and messages received
  • My account: your NeuroHub account information that you can edit if needed and a New API token when you need to connect NeuroHub to another application such as Jupyter Notebookor the LORIS DQT History of your Latest Tasks and Updated Files processed in CBRAIN
