2.10.Accessing the ABCD dataset - neurohub/neurohub_documentation GitHub Wiki
The Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development Study (ABCD) Data Repository houses all data generated by the ABC Study. The ABCD Study(R) is a prospective longitudinal study starting at the ages of 9-10 and following participants for 10 years.
The access is restricted, only researchers with an approved NDA Data Use Certification (DUC) may obtain ABCD Study data. Hence, an account must be requested and granted by the NDA before we can give you access to the data.
To REQUEST ACCESS, please follow the steps required by the NDA.
Once you have been granted access, please provide us with a screenshot of your Active NDA Permissions (available under My account/Data Permissions) and your CCRI if you have an Alliance account.
If you don't have an Alliance account, you can find information to Apply for an account from the Alliance Canada page.
Once we grant you access, you will have access to the following dataset:
- Minimally processed Resting-state functional MRI all series only (Data Structures: fmriresults01)
- Minimally processed T1w structural MRI, all series only
- ABCD non-imaging behavioural tabular dataset (on Beluga).
The data are available and ready to be processed on Beluga at the following path:
/lustre03/project/6008063/neurohub/abcd
Please remember that if you need to create files and analyze data, you must write scripts to your home (~) directory.
You can access and process the data directly on the portal with our integrated tools once invited to the shared group (Project):
