New function: renderschedreport

Already used in BookSched and BookBios Should start migrating Bios, Schedule, Descriptions, and Tracks to this format.

Then migrate StaffBios, StaffSchedule, StaffDescriptions, and StaffTracks etc ...

Also look to use rendergridreport more, and see if I can produce a nice SVG instead of a table from it.

In terms of [CommonCode-Functions#rendergridreport]rendergridreport, also see if Postgrid and Postgrid-wide can be collapsed appropriately.

RenderPrecis is of a similar nature, and probably should be renamed to follow the renderfooreport naming convention.
