This file replaces the separate BookSchedule, BookTracks, and BookDescriptions pages that would otherwise be necessary. It does not include BookBios because the differences are great enough to not to want to do it in a switch.

Basically given the inputs of "format" and "short" will produce one of 6 possible page outputs, sorted differently depending on the format, and either long or short reports.

It is all built around the renderschedreport function from CommonCode.

The reports are generated from not much more than a (complex) query.

At some point, there should probably be something similar to genreport for this, or have this folded into genreport somehow. Now that reports can have limited views, I'm less worried about the public being able to access it.
