The Archmage is the leader of the Tiefling Time Wizards. She also administers the Instrumental University, distractedly and possibly begrudgingly. She's pretty blase about arcane experiments that threaten the very fabric of existence, but you wouldn't expect anything less of an Archmage.

She has a contingency plan for everything, but you'd probably prefer she stick to the plans that include (or at least do not explicitly exclude, you may need to ask) your survival.
