The following are current known issues in SEToolbox:

Asteroids

~~The current Asteroid file format does not work. Please read the following document on the New Asteroid file format for a work around.~~
As of Apr 7 2018, release v1.186.500.2 has enabled the viewing and edited of asteroid materials again.

Avast Antivirus / SEToolbox frozen on startup

It's come to our attention since version 1.126, that upon launching SEToolbox with the Avast free Antivirus installed, will cause SEToolbox to freeze, and Avast to uses 100% CPU.
I would not recommend disabling your antivirus software, but you can instruct Avast it ignore SEToolbox by adding it to its exception list.

There are 2 applications that are part of the installation. Currently I have no idea if one or the other is causing the issue.
SEToolbox.exe
SEToolboxUpdate.exe

If you are concerned about SEToolbox containing a virus, Avast themselves recommend using www.virustotal.com to scan the application to verify that it is clean.
You can instruct virustotal to virus scan the file via the download url, like this:
https://github.com/midspace/SEToolbox/releases/download/v1.126.003.1/SEToolbox-01.126.003.1.zip

No Icons

If you do not see any icons for cubes, components, etc.,
The version of Dedicated Server that is extracted from DedicatedServer.zip, does not contain any icons or textures for cubes or components.
By mapping SEToolbox to this version Space Engineers Dedicated server, you will not have icons available.
