Annotation and comparative tools online with the Joint Genome Institute's Integrated Microbial Genomes and Microbiomes - Expert Review aka IMG-MER. Register for a free account with your uf email and you can upload your private genomes. We can then easily share private genomes by entering the other user's uf email on the submission page (after the genome has been uploaded and shared). Background work: 1) get an account, 2) set up the project information in GOLD (Genomes Online Database), 3) get all of the GOLD ID numbers, 4) submit fasta to IMG for annotation.
