Welcome to the Lab-Resources wiki!

These pages are intended to provide you with the information necessary for success in our lab and as of summer 2019, is definitely a work-in-progress, so please check back frequently and please contribute!

Every member of the lab should read and follow the lab member expectations.

Every lab member will be expected to learn R. Don't worry if you have never used it before because there are tons of resources available, both online and in the form of veteran users in the lab (Julie, Anya), as well as courses available at UF. Where do you start? A highly recommended place to start is with swirl.

In addition to the resources listed here, also look into the repositories to see the code for completed projects, which will ideally be annotated so that you can easily locate the code for each figure in a completed manuscript. Your goal will be to produce a repository for your own project, along the lines of what has been done for the SCTLD project.

All of the other wiki pages are open for development. Also feel free to add new topics or useful tools as you find them. The goal of this wiki is to share our successful coding tricks.
