Walking far to strengthen joints
Each step connects the scattered points
The sea is both calm and wild
No need to fight no need to hide
Routine repeats but does not bind
It clears the noise and steadies mind
No ship may come no voice may call
Yet still the light is cast for all
For maintenance is not delay
It is the work that holds the way
Anchored firm yet free to roam
