Stretching out as long as possible
As it is I will not sell the house
It is a decent cash cow
Providing enough expense income
A day in future it will be put down
The day when lights is out of town
When it comes is irrelevant
Harvesting either rental or valuation
Grateful for a series of smooth events
Blessed with a pretty good hand
Level 2 is two to four years away
Looks more of a two than a four
Proceeding day by day
With a little jump and a little skip
And a little smile on my lips
