Name	Cost	Benefit
Move	1	Accumulate an additional movement count. As soon as you have meet or exceeded the movement of your location you can place your Order of Battle on an adjacent location and encounter what is there. See Landing Location for how to reveal the topography of an unexplored location.
Build	1	Accumulate an additional build count for a specific enhancement. Once you have meet the requirement we will add the enhancement to the map
Terraform	1	Accumulate an additional terraform count. As soon as you have meet or exceeded the resource of the location you can roll to change the location.
Battle	0	When you find your Order of Battle(s) in a location with another faction's Order of Battle you may fight to drive them back. See the Battle
Garrison	0	Use the fortification on a location
