Requirements (Gatekeeper)
The goal is to test the instructions in the wiki:
- Set up a store
- Create a bounty
- Collect a bounty

We will assist the Treasurer in:
- setting up a new store in the BTCPay Server
- troubleshooting the instructions for Create A Bounty
- paying half the bounty (we will pay the other half)
