Description:
The dsp_simdata plugin needs a DSP_CleanupPlugin proceedure added that does what DSP_ExitPlugin does so that the dependent libraries will be properly cleaned up before EDGE attempts to unload the dll, this is required because the DSP_ExitPlugin procedure is only called during program termination and not during runtime plugin unloading.
