individual lights in the scene can have a big impact on performance. This is a request for an option/menu entry to turn all lights off.

frankie January 19, 2010, at 10:17 AM: Added this in via lightsoff.tcl, but left it commented out in cev.cfg. Add it in via your user.cfg if you want to add it in.
