Altmetric is next level for finding literature discussion across cyberspace. A Chrome extension for DOIs on the page like Google Scholar would be very cool (and probably not hard)

Also open source, made by academic, on GitHub probably more trustworthy? But copyright/product image issues? Open API so presumably OK
