Spacing can be enabled in the Output tab when running the Generate Countersheet effect.

Counters will be separated by the distance given (that can use any of the distances supported by SVG, e.g. mm or in or pt).

It is probably most useful in combination with bleed. Without spacing the bleed is only added around the edges of each block of counters, but when spacing is enabled the bleed will also be visible between counters.

If the bleed around each counter is larger than half the spacing the bleed of adjacent counters will overlap. It will probably usually look better to try to make the bleed exactly half of the spacing or slightly smaller (like in the image above).

Notice that more registration marks (if enabled) are added when spacing is set, and the sheets must be cut more times.
