Donate and Download

KiroTux works with donations through Ko-fi: you choose the amount, above a minimum donation. Give what KiroTux is worth to you, and you get the ISO together with the premium settings app. Your donation covers every update to the app and every new ISO of this edition; see Updating. After your donation you receive a download link.

Verify the download

Every ISO comes with a SHA256 checksum. Check it before you write the ISO to a USB stick:

sha256sum -c kirotux-*.iso.sha256

Run it in the folder with the ISO and its .sha256 file; it prints OK when the download is good.

Any ISO writer works: Ventoy, Etcher, dd, or the USB image writer on Kiro.
