Quick Start

This page walks you through using the installer to install, reinstall, or uninstall the TidaLuna mod for Tidal.

🧰 How to Use the Installer

After launching the installer:

1. Close Tidal before installing or uninstalling.

2. The installer will try to open a browser window. If not, go to http://localhost:3013/ manually.

3. Choose a release channel:

   • Stable — Recommended for most users (might not be available yet as of now)
   • Beta — Newer features, potentially less stable
   • Alpha — Cutting-edge and experimental

4. (Optional) Click Advanced Options to manually configure paths.

5. Click one of the main buttons:

   • Install — Fresh install of TidaLuna
   • Reinstall — Repair or reapply TidaLuna
   • Uninstall — Fully remove TidaLuna from Tidal

⚙️ Advanced Options

If the installer can't automatically detect your Tidal installation:

1. Open the Advanced Options section.
2. Manually find your Tidal install directory.
3. Navigate inside the app-* folder (e.g., app-5.10.1).
4. Locate the resources folder and copy the full path into the installer.

💡 Tips & Notes

• If you previously used Neptune, it will be automatically uninstalled when running the TidaLuna Installer.
• The local web interface provides feedback and logs in real-time.
• If something goes wrong, check the console window where you launched the installer for debug output.
