Identification of ARGs using either or both reads or genomes. See this review first, especially table 2. J.T is the one who worked the most on this. One nice aspect with ARG analysis is the fact that ARG database are small. This section remains very incomplete.

Tools I used:

• CARD RGI: Default API for the card database (genomes)
• Abricate: Fast and use several database (genomes)

• graphamr: Antibiotic prediction from metagenome assembly graphs
