This sequence runs the automatic tuning/matching of the RF coil to the frequency saved in the larmorFreq parameter of hw_config.py. It requires extra hardware (RFAutoMaTE).

• Frequency offset (kHz): frequency offset from the larmorFreq value. This is the target tuning frequency.
• Series capacitor: a binary number of five digits representing the active capacitors for series capacitance.
• Tuning capacitor: a binary number of five digits representing the active capacitors for tuning capacitance.
• Matching capacitor: a binary number of five digits representing the active capacitors for matching capacitance.
• Test: can be autofor automatic finding of the best configuration or manualto just run the values used in the input.
