What to do if licenses cannot be activated?

Force close the app, check the network connection and try activating the license with good network connection.

To force close the app:

Go to Settings > App Manager > Vxnaid
Select Vxnaid and click on "Force Stop"
Once the app gets force stopped, reopen again
Login with syncadmin credentials
On the setup screen, click on the "Activate" button to activate

If the issue still persists, contact your administrator.
