Ingredients
- 2 stalks celery, coarsely chopped
- 1 medium potatoes, cut into large chunks
- 1 medium carrots coarsely chopped
- 1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
- 4 ounces mushrooms, halved, optional
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 8 cups water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 large bay leaves
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
Procedure
Combine ingredients in Instant Pot. Soup setting for 240 minutes.
Drain broth.
Excepting bay leaves, left over vegetables may be blended with a cup of broth to prepare vegetable soup.
