Some power armor sets are available at vendors. A vendor will typically only have a few pieces available at any given time - you will have to come back a few times to get a full set.

• The power armor available from the Brotherhood of Steel is affected by settings in MCM
• Enclave X-02 is only available at the Brotherhood of Steel if using the All Factions Paintjob patch that gives the Brotherhood painted sets for their Knights and Paladins
• If using Some Assembly Required, the Atom Cats mostly carry T-45 instead of the items in the table above
• Horse Power Armor is not available from The Collector by default, but this can be enabled in MCM
• Porshet-5 Power Armor is not available from Proctor Teagan by default, but this can be enabled in MCM

The Collector

The Collector is a traveling vendor who is always on the lookout for rare and valuable items. He moves between the following locations:

• Big John's Salvage (nearby Red Rocket)
• Fort Hagen (power armor repair bay down the hill to the south)
• Robotics Disposal Ground

He typically only sells exotic power armor, like Liberty Power Armor and Red Shift Power Armor - the pieces you won't get as legendary drops. There is a small chance for other legendary items to be available, however.

If none of the exotic power armor sets are installed or have all been turned off using MCM, he will instead have Enclave or vanilla power armor available as legendary items.

Horse Power Armor can be configured in MCM to be available from The Collector.

Settler Vendor-O-Tronic 2000

If you have Local Leader Rank 2 and the Settler Vigilante Power Armor mod installed, you can build a Settler Vendor-O-Tronic 2000 in your workshop under the Power -> Miscellaneous category. This vending machine is stocked by local settlers, selling Settler Vigilante power armor for 200 caps each. There is a chance for any of this power armor to be legendary.
