  1. Create an Apple ID (i.e., an Apple account) first, if you do not have one.
  2. Log on to Apple Developer Center at https://developer.apple.com with your Apple ID.
  3. Click on enrolling for membership and follow the instructions.
  4. You need to pay €99 for this every year.
