You need to enable Share iPhone/iPad Analytics with App Developers on your iPhone or iPad to share crash data with us.

You can find it in the Settings app under Privacy → Analytics & Improvements. You need to enable both:

  • Share iPhone/iPad Analytics
  • Share With App Developers.
