Doctor Card
The Doctor Card displays a consultant's profile in a compact, printable format. It is typically used to produce reference cards for display at reception desks, on noticeboards, or in patient information leaflets.
Navigation
Menu → Channelling → Doctor Card
Requires the ChannelDoctorCard privilege.
What the Doctor Card Shows
The card includes the consultant's key details:

| Name | Full name with title (e.g., Dr. A. B. Perera) |
| Qualifications | Academic and professional qualifications |
| Speciality | Primary clinical speciality |
| Available Days | Regular session days (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday) |
| Session Times | Start and end times of regular sessions |
| Room / Location | Room number or clinic location |
| Contact / Reference | Internal reference or booking phone number |
| Photo | Consultant photo if uploaded in the system |
Searching for a Consultant
- Use the search or dropdown to select the consultant whose card you want to view.
- The card populates automatically.
Printing the Card
Click Print to send the card to the printer. The card is formatted for a standard ID-card or A5 print size depending on your configuration.
Managing Consultant Details
The details shown on the Doctor Card are drawn from the consultant's profile in the system. To update qualifications, session days, or other details, use:
Menu → Channelling → Management → Staff → Manage Consultants
