Setting page permissions - hamstar/Braincase GitHub Wiki

Back to User documentation

When creating a page in Braincase, you have 3 options to choose from for the permission of the page; Note that "public" currently means someone with a registered account.

  1. Private
  2. Publicly Readable
  3. Publicly Writeable

All of them mean what they say. Private means no one but you can view or edit it. Public Read means only the author can edit it, but anyone can read it. And Public Write is when anyone with an account can read and edit it.

Permission is set during page creation or when editing a page. There is a dropdown box beside the save button as below;
