Sets up Dropbox for the current user by calling the dropbox.py script. This installs the proprietary Dropbox binary (into /home/user/.dropbox-dist) and [what I assume is] user specific data (into /home/user/.dropbox).
If the email address is omitted then after install the Dropbox authentication URL is shown on the command line. Otherwise the user is emailed their authentication URL.
It must be run as the user that needs Dropbox installed.
$ braincase-setup-dropbox --help
Usage: braincase-setup-dropbox [-e <email>]
